Welcome to my TEDx talk!

(Can't believe I get to say that seriously for once)

So, it’s taken a while to make it from the stage to being viewable online, but you can now finally view my TEDx talk!

Given the talk isn’t a cooking recipe, I didn’t see any point in putting it at the end of a long self-indulgent post, so here it is right here!

(Also, the mic doesn’t pick up the audience reacting and laughing, so you’ll have to do that bit yourself!)
